Our GAIA HS PCM product line is developed on the basis of salt hydrates, so-called inorganic materials. The GAIA OM PCMs are developed on the basis of organic materials. Phase change materials can be used to store thermal energy in the form of latent heat that is absorbed or released when materials change phases. This heat or cold can be used again at a later time. This method of energy storage solves the problem of energy supply and demand. Storing energy in off-peak hours also reduces costs by lowering the kWh price and improving system efficiency. Our GAIA phase transition materials have been tested for long-term stability. In this way we can exclude ageing effects.
All temperatures are available in both bulk and encapsulated form. Global-E-Systems has developed various standard types of containers suitable for various applications.
